Monthly SMC Meetings

Safety Management Council (SMC) meetings are held monthly  on the first Wednesday of every month from 12:00 noon to 1 p.m. at the:

El Camino Diner
6800 4th. Street N.W.
Albuquerque, NM.  87107-6117

Visitors are always welcome.  The meeting usually features speakers from various parts of the industry and the "Driver of the Month" is usually announced at the meeting.

Truck Driver Appreciation Week

SMC traditionally joins in on this National event by sponsoring driver activities at various Ports of Entry around New Mexico.  SMC members pass out driver "goody bags".
